Just got my Right Hand drive G

Sorry for the misleading title, technically its is a skyline I rebadged i dont care if its considered rice . The only mod I have done is the rebadging. However the previous owner seemed to have changed the steering wheel as it looks different and is marked momo and has a nissan badge in the centre still. Also it is a 250gt(VQ25DD) not a 350gt so it is not as fast.

There are also some gold wires going to different points on engine and car I do not know what they are though.

wait WHAT? you imported a 250gt and badged it as a G35? What the F? why? why dont you leave the 250gt badging on it? I would imagine that would be appreciated more by car enthusiasts...

Awesome car!

Is it just me, or do the bumpers look smaller on the skylines?

I can't access youtube at work, so I can't see what he did, but that's what I thought he meant he did by his description....that's funny. Guys who have G35's rebadge to Skyline or to Nissan and this guy makes his Skyline an Infiniti? Is that a true statement?

In Japan, people are rebadging Skylines to a USDM Infiniti...why? no idea Guess the same reason some rebadge to JDM

I would normally agree, but that's like us rebadging a G35 as a G37 or GTR. It's a different engine. A 350GT is a G35 (either direction) since they both have the same body, engine & trans. A G35 is not a 350GT-8, nor would we badge it as such.

I think it should have been left as a 250GT since that would have turned a lot more heads as we just don't have them over here. Perhaps even a source of pride for a 4-cyl with today's rising gas prices. On the other hand, he could always do an engine swap to match his badging

I completely agree..would have left it alone....unless the plan was to do the engine swap later on

judging from his front plate.....he's probably not in the US...

I don't want to guess Jamaica just because I heard some reggae music...LOL, but that would be my guess.

I don't know, he wasn't smoking "ganja" or wearing a red/yellow/green beret. Although, I do feel like I'm getting a contact high from this post.

Not far from me either - Barbados. Here's my 250GT.
I'm not really into the Infiniti badging thing, but that might be because this is my second Skyline and I like the Nissan nameplate
