i did have a vibration in my gas pedal . whene i braked .
my mechanic told me it was my rotors .
i got new rotors all around and it went away ..
but it could be something in your suspension needs replacing if its not just during braking ..
have someone check your suspension and/or rotors ..

It's not the brakes/rotors. Just minor vibration. I was thinking it was the return spring rubbing against it's bushing on the throttle pedal - I do think I need compression rods because when I leave my driveway I have a concrete curb and I hear this squeak in the front end when going over the curb. I have to have that checked out.

BUMP
My gas pedal vibrates at any speed, but more noticeable the faster I go. It's pretty much like I have a foot massager down there which causes my foot to fall asleep during a 20 minute highway drive.
I know our pedals are not directly connected with anything other than a electronic wire. I feel bumps, cracks, thumping like the gas pedal is connected to the wheel hub.
This is so annoying you have no idea.

That's the thing, there is no physical cable or anything which can cause the accelerator pedal to move on its own (no motor, etc.). It's just a spring loaded lever that turns a potentiometer sending a control voltage to the throttle valve - which is supposed to follow your foot. Below is the illustration from the service manual (05/06). It is bolted to the firewall though so I would think any vibration you feel in that pedal must be coming through the body of the car. That's why folks here are suggesting brakes or suspension. It would be nice to be able to touch the firewall with your foot to see if you can feel it directly, but don't crash!
