Need help on new to me 04 sedan

Ive been looking at an 04 sedan that is in dallas. I am in houston and would like your input on this car. I don't know if I can post a link but just so you know what i'm talking about here it is.....

I like the car and I see a small scratch on the drivers side bumper on the bottom corner. I notice the seem on the passenger side between headlight and grill the hood seem looks a lil wide. They are asking 16.5k for it but what do you think I can get that for? Do you think 15k is too low? Any input would help. thanks!

I'll wait for the experts/locals to chime in here, but for a start I like what I see: sport package and full Nismo body kit. Get a carfax on it if you're suspicious about the body. Maybe the reason it has Nismo is a previous accident...

Get an X AWD, look at this one, with WWAAAYYYY less miles than the one you're looking at, same price range.

Nice car but hard to tell from just pics. A lot more could be determined with in person visits, so in the end only you could make a good determination. As for price, that seems to be in the range of what 04 are going for.

Price seems to be too much for that many miles on an '04 (I bought my '03.5 two years ago with only 41K miles for $16K). It's hard to judge the car's worth from just pictures. I recommend going out there to the dealer, do a full visual inspection, take a test drive and go from there.

the second is my car to a T or how it was when it was stock

Personally, I think thats a lot of miles for the price, and the TB one is a better deal, but I'm no expert.

Also, I like TB better than silver, but it does have a nismo kit.

As others said I think the price is a little bit more than it is supposed to be. If the miles was between 40000 and 50000, then it would be been a good find. 15000 would be a right price. My .02$

In my neck 'o the woods, that's worth a bit less than $13k on a trade if its clean and no accidents. So, yeah, $15k purchase price is fair. It might be worth a bit more in Houston, but probably not much. If you really like it, $15,500 is not unreasonable.

With those miles, that's about right. Roughly $2k over trade-in value, provided it has leather and moonroof.
