I would have laughed. You're taking it way too seriously.
I doubt if you were truly in his shoes you would have laughed. The car is his personal property & they were clearly abusing it. If they wanted to hear it, they should have asked him for a ride in it or something.

I seem to remember this little flick called Rush Hour, where Chris Tucker makes it very clear that you NEVER touch another mans radio....that should apply to THE CAR TOO!!!
And BTW, I don't know about Infinity, since I'm new to the family, but being married to a gearhead I do know that if anything happens to your motor/tranny and you take it into the dealership, they will test your revs. If it's been redlined they will not fix it - or charge you more. This is provided you have not redlined it yourself. ;-) But if it's documented at the dealer that it probably wasn't YOU abusing YOUR car, maybe that will save you in the future if you have a problem like that.
I feel for you. I HATE people putting their hands on my ride. I paid for it, you want one BUY YOUR OWN!!!

I would have went and spoke to the service manager like you did. After that I would have put the incident details in writing and had him sign it. That way if some random problem comes up with your motor you have additional clout to argue with them about.

yeah I hear you guys. the have it in writing thing is something I should do. I may have exagerated a bit on exactly how much they reved it so I don't think it would do any damage. It was only about 3 times, but still.... 3 times is 3 times too many for me. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions and having my back.

What model of wheels are those - they look awesome. Size? Dropped? Sorry if these questions are already anwered. You could put the stripper draped over a wheel - best of both worlds!
