hey mcaron where in ct you live i recently got my 06 g35x w/ navi 2 months ago freaking love it. im located in new britain i wanna get tints for my car too also and an intake. I need help with deciding which intake to go with can anyone help i've been looking at injen cai.

 

sweet im from bristol :0 yeah since i work on weekends i havent time to go anywhere and see prices and whatnot for tints, but theres this place AJ's car audio in bristol and ive been told that they do tints, as well as a Mobil 1 near me also does tints for cheap, soo possibly after school on monday imma go check em out

hey congrats man, i know how you feel! FWIW, i think there is a sticky on the G forum about tint laws stae to state, i looked at it and went 5% lower and then limo-ed the sunroof. after you do that i highly recomend an intake, gives the G a really nice growl. as for a dd nav keep an eye on the classifieds and you'll find one in your price range that wont be crap, just be patient. i got a D1 for 400 for my girl and yeah, its not brand new, but it's not **** either.

you can find a radio maybe for 400$ but your not going to be able to install it without a DD kit which i think the cheapest i've ever seen is $100 for the metra used and $150 for the JDM.

to get a nice radio put aside $100o aleast, in the end its worth it.

thats the unfortunate side to our cars imho... i wasnt aware that metra looked quite so awful, so i had to resell it and now im on the hunt for a JDM one... hence why my stereo is taking so long to put together...

 

hey guys sorry i havent had pictures up, i go into work so early and get out so late that its always dark out, and i dont feel like trying firugre out my moms camera haha so ill have some tomarrow after school after i clean it and vaccum it all nice

and yeah my idea was tinits, coupe midpipe, and intake because i only have a weekend job sooo i dont have to much to spend on everything, only got 1k saved up right now
