How much did everyone pay for their fender rolling and did you need it?

Right now if i put one person in my back seat, i'll rub around corners or over bumps.

I got a quote for $50 a fender here at a local shop (same place that did my tints) and it seemed high, but they guarantee their work for no cracking in the paint, so i have a feeling im just going to do it next week...

So do you rub and how much did it cost you?

 

Try it the JDM way. What could possibly go wrong?

50 bucks a fender is the normal going rate around here for a good job with gauranteed no paint chips.

i personally rolled my fenders on all of my own vehicles(not as hard or bad as everyone thinks). IIRC, i have a eastwood fender roller. the good thing about having your own fender roller? it pretty much pays for itself once you do a couple jobs

I dont plan on rolling anyones fenders or anything so i think im just gonna have a shop do it haha

just make sure they use a heat gun, and a hub mounted rolling tool..and nice and slow ftw.

And i might lower the rear of my car back back down to Z springs from G coupes. Then my car would be ridin fly

I put it back up so i wouldnt rub, but now i wouldnt have to worry about it

 

z springs out back may give you a squatted look or sagging in the back plus a choppy/bouncy ride

 

What do you have? I want to go a little lower but dont know what to do, and i scrape on my driveway as is haha

 

DIY, I did mine with 2" PVC pipe and heat gun, too me 30 min to do both rear fenders. I didnt really need it, 4 people in the car on coupe rear springs no rubbing. Trust me its VERY easy to do, if you take your time it will be fine. Accordfreak had a write up on here but I cant find it.

 

z front, g cpe rear non-sport.
but I have 35 series tires and rolled rear lips
plus I have 2 car seats in the back that are light empty and while occupied.

 

I did mine myself with a roller. The fronts were ok, rolled the rears were rolled as much as possible.

 

So the same setup as me, Texan. Because i really like how your car sits.
