Getting ready to buy for the first time!

I'm looking to buy a G35 Sedan leather. This will be my first infiniti. I am interested in the premium package and the rear spoiler. Any advice?

I have a couple specific questions

1) What price should I pay - I live in southern california
2) Anyone have experience when the dealer puts on a factory rear spoiler, if the car didn't ship with the aero package
3) What is the difference in the ride with, or without the sports suspension package - I would be looking for a smoother ride.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Re: Getting ready to buy for the first time!

1) Sorry, had mine for 18 months.. haven't paid attention to prices lately.

2) Mine came with the factory Aero Package. If the Dealer does it, make sure they disconnect the brakelight in the window, so you don't run around with 4 brake lights.

3) The sport suspension (which I have) doesn't seem to be much harsher than the standard suspension (which I test drove and have had a few loaners). It sounds to me like you don't want it, though. Since you're looking for a smoother ride, make sure you get the Bridgestone Turanza tires on your car -- it's a touring tire that's much quieter and more comfortable cruising than either of the two Goodyear performance tires that could come on the car.

Just bought mine a month ago in Palm Springs. Got a Leather Sedan only options included the sunroof and the Sirius radio. Just over $32K.

I just bought mine 3 weeks ago, although I don't live in CA. I paid 32k for mine. (AT, Leather, Premium, Aero and sport)

Re: Getting ready to buy for the first time!

Go to edmunds.com and check out what the invoice price is.
Invoice + few hundred bucks is a fair deal now, I am guessing.
I bought mine in Peninsula Infinity which is in Redwood city for invoice + $100. Keep in mind, that Edmunds does not include "marketing assesment fee", which is about $500 in CA. It appears to me that is IS a part of Infinity invoice, but not something a dealer dreamed up, so you have to pay it. So, to conclude final fair price should be "Edmunds invoice" + $500 + couple hundred bucks for dealer. Cars are not selling too good now, don't be afraid to walk out, that's most important.

Re: Getting ready to buy for the first time!

check out the riverside infitini web page.
Fill out what you want and then call them about 30 min. later.
Ask for Tim the internet sales manager and he will give you invoice plus 300 on anything you want.
I got a sedan + premium + navi for 33,290.
Tell him Rafael sent you, I just got mine 4 days ago.
