Hello there everyone, I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan AT a month ago so I am kinda new to g35driver. I looked through the threads and FAQ and couldn't really find something similar.

So heres the problem, about 20% of the time after I drive and i try to take out my key it won't let me turn it all the way and take it out. It stops at the "lock" position. When this happens the only way I can get it to turn all the way back is to start the car, put it in gear, move it around and turn it back off. Sometimes even 2 or 3 times. I took this to a mechanic and a dealer, and whenever I tried showing them, it didn't happen and they just thought I was crazy. So any ideas as to what the problem might be?

the key will be locked in the ignition if the car is not fully in park. Also is your wheel turned all they way to the right or left? I once had my key/**** get stuck, but once i wiggled the steering wheel the key/**** was released.

always make sure your car is fully in PARK....and if it's still stuck, tryin wiggling the steering wheel a bit and it usually just comes right out.
