Annoying Rattle HELP!

hey guys... as some of you know that i have a 2004 Sedan... well i am need of some advise... i have an annoying sound coming from the back seat... everytime i go over bumps and make turns, when the car flexes is when this rattle action happens... BLUESLATE and I have torn everything out of my trunk (seriously) and it is still making this noise... i am suspecting it is coming from the Plastic part above the trunk in the interior (where the BOSE sub is located) but i have no idea how to remove this part.... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont have the Premium Package so i dont have the BOSE sub... this thing rattle like there is no tomorrow... i am out of warranty so i kinda want to do this myself... i used the search, but i cant get a real defined search, so i am calling on you fellow sedan guys to chime in with some input...

Hey, I'm a noob but I had this problem when I first bought my G. Anyway, for me, the rattle was being caused by some loose bolts on the braces behind the rear seats.

I just fix mine about 2 wks ago. That plastic thing you're talking about is held in by the same plastic retaining clips like your fender well lining. Take them all out drop the panel so you can see your subwoofer and how you choose to fix the rattles is up to you. You can buy sound deadening stuff or you can go ghetto like me and stuff small peices of cloth in there. I used cut peices of t-shirt. Assuming you're getting the same rattles it should work for you too.

You may also want to try to take the rear deck out from the inside which I did not do because it looks like more work.
