'05 G35x, 37K miles. Silver w/black interior.

Overall in great condition and clean. Not a hint of curb rash on the wheels and new tires. Not sure of the options package, but it doesn't have NAV, intelligent key or the Bose stereo system.

They are asking $22,700. Salesman told me that may be able to give it to me for $19K.

I'll have a trade in as well (my paid off 03 Mustang GT) but just wondering what you feel a car like this is worth? Conditionwise, i'd say 9 out of 10. Justa couple minor clearcoat scratches i can have by buddy wet-sand out for me.

Would i be overpaying at $19K? Or should i try for slightly lower?
you can have mine for 16.5k!! 05 premium sedan with 41k miles...i have an ad up in the classifieds...check it out...

Well. I tried but failed.

They wouldn't take $18K for it. Basically they laughed at me so i left. They said they didn't understand where i came up with $18K for a good value for the car.

Anyway...it was a base model with a sunroof. Nice car, but i think i want a fully loaded model. I don't mind paying for it either.

Meh, keep looking. You'll find one.

I had put in an offer on another '06 before "settling" on the one I got. It was plat on black, 24k miles on the clock and they were wanting $21800 before a $500 off "coupon" on their website. I offered $22k out the door, said I'd come sign papers tonight if they'd do it. They tried to get me to come look at it, etc. I said I had driven a half-dozen G's, and it was just a matter of finding "the one". But, they wouldn't do it.

Just checked though, and looks like they sold it. So hooray for them. Meanwhile I got a purdy good deal on mine and I like the color better anyway

Hey Mike,
I just bought myself a 2005 G35x with navigation and 47,000 miles. I bought it at an auction for only $13,100 with fees included.

My advice would be to find a friend of a friend of a friend that has a dealer license and go with him/her to check out some cars. FInd the one(s) you like and see how the bidding goes, if you lucky like i was you will get a great deal

good luck

I keep hearing what some of you guys have paid which is why i stuck to my guns and walked.

I didn't want to come back and say i paid $21000 for a base model '05. That's what the dealer wanted me to pay "as a compromise"

I'll just keep looking. No biggie

Too Expensive!!!

DON'T BUY IT. They want waaaaaaaaaaaay too much for it. I just bought a 2005 G35 Sedan, from dealer, full marufacturers warranty, with BOSE and intelligent key, no navi no sport. 39,000miles, one owner, great condition, silver and beige inside with brown wood trim. I paid $15,500... Try looking around!. If you're in Cali, send me a message and I can try to help you find one too.
