This might sound stupid but I just bought a 2004 g35 sedan with 44k on it. When does my factory warranty expire and what kind of warranty is it? also does it transfer to me?

7 yr/100k miles (rust) <---not 100% sure about this one

i never understand how all these used (but relatively new) g's transfer ownership without the owner's manual. do people like to collect the manuals? this seems to happen more then i would have thought, assuming a handful of owner's would somehow lose the manuals.

 

I just got my '06 sans owners Manuals.


However, i kinda pointed out i was buying a car with a lot of bells and whistles and no idea how to use them so the dealer took the manuals from another '06 on the lot and gave them to me.
