90k maintenance

Can any of you all-knowing-G35-masters help me out with recommendations for a 90k mile check/tune up for my '04.5 Sedan?

Also, for my oil changes I typically have the change done with the Valvoline Max Life every 3k miles. Is there a better type I should use?

Thanks in advance!

wow, big mileage for an 04.5! any major mechanical issues yet?

as for the oil, there are many differing opinions here and you will get no consensus. but if you are religious about your 3k mile oil changes then any high quality 5W-30 would suffice. replace the oil filter with each oil change.

by my calcs you are changing oil at least 7 times a year, so i'm not sure you would want to pay the premium for synthetic. nor would it pay significant dividens

Clean your Throttle Body, unless it has been done recently. It's something that is over looked, especially when you change an air filter.

Spark plugs are due/over due depending on if you buy into the 100k theory. Check the spark plug tubes for oil and if your lucky the valve cover gaskets are not leaking.
