I have no idea what the voltage on the inverter should be but I do know they have had issues with CCFL systems at low temps. I had a few burn out (just not turn on) when using them near 20 degrees F. Mine have a dedicated power wire/relay from the battery that is triggered by the parking lights so they flash three times when I remote start my car and twice when I disarm my alarm. This can cause issues when it is very cold because they are not warmed up when they are flashed.

I got a second pair of inverters and put one on each ring. I also don't spend much time up in the lower temps. And I put a switch on mine so I can bypass them as needed.
