Interior Trim Question

How rare is the wood trim? I have looked at a **** ton of 05 and 06 sedans, and have only found one with the nice wood trim. Unfortunately, the body on that one has all sorts of chips, crappy touchup work, and was a smokers car.

Could the trims be switched, or are they part of the door and dash?

If i remember correctly in order to get the wood package, you needed to first get the Premium C package. Once you had that, wood was a $250 option on top of it.

For the 05 model there are two Premium packages and the Wood package requires the Po3 Premium Package C| SA. (non sport-tuned suspension)

Mine's got it... 03-doggydoor and its DP with black interior and the wood trim... apparently a pretty rare combo

Mine is an 05x with black interior. The wood is a nice look, but on the 1st gen they did not get it entirely right. They left a brushed aluminum strip on the dash (should have been wood) and the aluminum pieces on the steering wheel around the buttons should have been wood. IMHO Still love the black and wood look. I also like the black interior because it is not 2-tone. But, need to get that window tint for the summer - hot.

I would love the wood interior but the center stack pieces don't fit the 6MT cars.

I'm the opposite i guess. Every car i looked at that had wood interior turned me off.

I looked at a few loaded '06's x's but as soon as i saw the wood i moved onto the next car.

I like the brushed aluminum look over wood
