For those who care. I drive a Silver Sedan 6MT CA license plate "KRZ HAYN" = "Krazy Hawaiian". A "Shaka" is always welcome.

Re: 2005 Changes?
The ***** for volume and temp are nice. Rearranging the lights in the dash is not a big deal. The recessed seat heater switches are nice, though.. I'm always accidentally bumping mine on. It also looks like the steering wheel controls may have lighted labels now. I don't think I like the idea of no cassette player, though.

Re: 2005 Changes?
Where is the proof that these pics are official? I ain't buyin' it, especially the crappy looking coupe wanna-be front bumper - ugggghhhh! If those pics are for real it is a BIG step backwards both inside and out. I am unconvinced at this point.

Re: 2005 Changes?
that exterior was proven to be ps'ed. Now I think cassete is going to be an option now just like in many cars.

The pictures aren't official, but the press release on www.infinitinews.com is.

Re: 2005 Changes?
Actually, the pics are on the same web site. Maybe they are "unofficial" official pics?

Re: 2005 Changes?
Last month I brought my G into Nationwide Infiniti in MD to get the 7500 miles service and happen to ran into the sales manager there. I started chatting with him and ask him "Are there any changes in the G35 in upcoming months or years?", he said NO just minor changes only. He also said that the G is selling very well so there's no need for changes except for minor interior upgrades. Maybe he's lying to me or just wanted to keep it a secret till it's official.

Re: 2005 Changes?
Dealers know as much as anyone else cause Infiniti doesn't want to kill 2004 sales and if the dealers knew there is gonna be a big change they would order less 2004's and wait for 2005's. Even when they place orders for 2005's they still won't know about the comprehensive changes until after Infiniti officialy releases the news.

So he was probably telling the truth.

Re: 2005 Changes?
Why would Infiniti make drastic changes this soon to a vehicle that is selling well, that would make no sense, freshening it up some would, but drastic change wouldn't make any sense, IMO!

Re: 2005 Changes?
maybe theyre trying to uglify the car to make ppl want to buy the new M45, which looks really nice btw..

but i agree, doesnt make sense to do a cosmetic revamp when most folks are pretty happy about the styling, including this humble G owner..
