I know there are some threads that discuss this however I could still use some feedback.

I have an 03.5 sedan, dropped on revised Z springs and tokico shocks. I just purchased 350z track wheels, 18*8 in front and 18*8.5 rear. My car is an every day driver so I need tires that will have the best drive quality during all seasons. I don't mind rolling my finders, I don't want any rubbing even with people in the car. I would also like the tires to be as close to flush with the fenders as possible. What has worked in the Past? Any help would be appretiated. Also what tires perform the best in "all season" and which tires weight the least? I am currently getting my wheels powder coated gunmetal, I will have pictures by January.

I would go 245/45/18 all round. I heard the bridgestone re960as (i think that is them) are nice.

 

255/45/18-rear
235/45/18- front

 

245/45/18 will rub without fender rolling. the specs are actually too tall as well. 245/40 will work fine or 235/45 is almost identical specs to oem. 255/40 in the back would be ideal, but a fender roll would be necessary.

 

245/275 Bridgestone Potenza RE01-R

 

275s are too wide for 8.5 inch rim...

 

Remember, I need an everyday setup, I drive @80 miles per day.

that is actually 20mm over the recommended maximus size. I'm sure nothing will happen but the look and the potential "risk" is something that i would be worried about.

 

i have 225/45/18 and 245/45/18 on my Z track wheels right now.

I am gonan do 245/45/18 and 255/40/18 on my next purchase if I decide to keep them. Possibly even running 5-10 mm spacer in the front

275's are also too wide with the offset of the track wheels on the sedan...

I use to have track wheels with 235/45 all the way around, fit perfect.

 

i would go 235/45 front and 255/40 back if you keep it staggered. Otherwise, i'd go with what Red did and 235 all around.

 

I wanted to switch sizes because the front is a bit too narrow for my taste and I wanted the rear to be a bit more wider.

 

If I went with the 235/45 on a 4 corners how would that affect the rear wheels that are 8.5 as oppossed to 8. I guess it fits but would it look funny, or perform different. Also any body have any pictures of a setup similar to this.

G-Sedan are your wheels painted or powdercoated different than factory?
