Sluggish feeling..

just replaced the air filter and my g35 seems sluggish.. From a full stop, the acceleration feels like, if my g35 is trying to find a right gear.. Am i going crazy or did i do something wrong..

Check to make sure you put the air filter on the correct side (i.e. fins on the filter facing the front of the car). Also make sure you clipped the airbox on all sides and tightened the intake tube to the airbox.

^That and probably the MAF sensor.

What kind of filter did you use?

It would typically throw a SE light if the MAF was "bad".....not sure if it would if it was just dirty but I would start there as its recommended to service that part regularly. You can bye MAF cleaner at your local auto store.

I had this happen to me once before...it was due to my cone filter getting wet.....long story..not my fault.
