the stock G headrests are kinda small for monitors but you could pick up headrests from the M, that would work much better.

mounted unit would probably be terrible for rear visibility.

I have the DVD 2 NAV in my car. Uses the stock nav screen to play dvds. Its not bad. It sits high so that is one advantage.

Aside from headrest screens I dont like any other options for rear passenger viewing.

I have a pair of headrest monitors made for the Maxima in my car. Each monitor has 2 sources so I have an eclipse double din for a DVD player and also a 2nd DVD player in the glove box.

The stealership in my area has a DVD/monitor all in one headrest unit that they push. They have displays set up in the waiting area; It actually looks pretty slick.

We have an OEM DVD system in our SUV, which is the primary kid carrier, so they'd be a little hard to justify. I haven't completely ruled them out though.

Next time I'm down there I'll try and catch the brand and price. I just assumed they would fit my car, but I never asked. Tim Dahle Infiniti in Salt Lake City if you wanted to call about it. You could get the info and shop around; these guys are the only Infiniti dealership in Utah so their prices are typically astronomical.
