I traded cars with my roommate for a day. He has an 03 350Z and asked me to take it in for 60k servicing. After a day of driving around in a 6speed manual car, I was glad to get back into my G35 auto!!!!!!!!! I felt like I had been in a fight!!!

 

Doesnt sound like a bad trade. I would hate got a Z myself but I wanted the back seat.
That LS-1 powered Z sounds like an amazing drive.

 

To me the Z is just a downgraded coupe... Lacks comfort, too noisy, too stiff, not an enjoyable everyday ride.. thats IMO though.. im sure others would love that.. But living in Jersey with potholes and cracks every 20 feet.. im glad my G gives a little to the road without being a boat.

 

^^ I agree with the noise. But a decent set of coil overs would make it even more comfortable than the G.
