Is it me or are the headlights aiming low?

i too have raised my headlamps up an inch because OP is right, the lights are aim too low. Just get two cars, park them facing each other and adjust the headlamps from there. Go sit in the other car and see if you raise it too high.

I been riding an inch higher for a year now. Didn't see anyone complaining or highbeaming me. A few times i ask my friends who drives infront of me if my headlight blinded him and he said it's all normal.
