I just had my windows done yesterday and i think it came out great its 20% all around (nothing on the front) Let me know what you think.

Looks good! You may want to re-size them though.

To post the pics, you click the direct link and copy. Come back to Driver and in the post box is a button to insert the image. Paste the link there

 

Looks like they did a good job especially around the matrix on the back window. Doesn't even look like there is any.

I just got my windows done with 35% film last tuesday. I think it's slightly darker than i'd like though.

Forgive the road salt...it snowed the day after i got them done. My car pretty much looks like yours clean

Tint looks good. I might have gone a little darker with the lighter interior, but you've already stated that it's a little dark for your taste.

 

Well the law in MA is 35% net. So you slap 35% film on glass that already has some tint to it and now you are at ~ 28%. I think that's what it metered out to. So technically it's illegal which is why i said i'd prefer it slightly lighter. It's a $250 ticket in MA and goes against insurance

As for the salt...it's killing me! Next day above 32 we get i will be out there washing the car. I just LOVE driving this car in the snow. It handles so well. I go out looking for streets and hills that are unplowed just to see if it will climb them and it does it no problem!

 

Really? Goes against insurance? How does that affect your premium as it's not a moving violation?

 

It's considered a moving violation in MA. I don't know how since it's more of an equipment violation obviously. If you get 3 tickets, you lose your lisence for 90 days too.

Looks great, I just had mine done on the 31st and got 15% all around.. nothing on the windshield. I think it looks great, slightly illegal, but great!!! still getting used to driving at night!

 

i'd just fight it... that much under they're probably going to be forgiving... but i get not risking it... fwiw though mines at 25 and then whatever factory shiv is on there... i haven't been called on it yet... and there is a standing speed trap on my street, so i think it's not a moving violation, they would have pulled me... that or no one cares... idk
