Service loaner policy?

What's Infiniti's policy on service loaners? Is it up to each dealership? Do you have to have purchased your vehicle from the servicing dealer?

All dealerships participates so no matter what dealership you take it to, they should provide you a loaner car. Make an appointment to ensure a loaner is available. Some dealerships have more loaners then others.

Re: Service loaner policy?

When I bought my car, they told me "any service for which an appointment was made" would get a loaner, last minute would be on an "as available" setup, so far, I have always gotten a loaner, even if it was just for service, oil change, etc!

I too was told something similar - make an appointment [about 7 days in advance] for a loaner car - even for oil changes.

I have never made an appointment that far in advance but still always have gotten a loaner.

The official corporate policy is also only for work that requires 2 hours of labor or more. Some dealerships are more lenient in that respect than others.
