I never bought a kit before and I seen my share of disasters. I dont want my $30,000 car looking like a teenagers civic..... This is the site

You will need to open up the headlights and use a dremel or you could buy the ebay headlights and swap the hids and ballasts. The ebay ones already have a clear turn signal and come in a satin finish.

Where are you located by the way.

I have seen that bumper personally and i think it looks retarded and will make your car look like a civic. Get a stock rear bumper and put a nismo rear valence lip or stillen rear valence lip.

Is the coupe midpipe a direct bolt on for an 05 sedan? do I have to modify anything or weld?

The coupe midpipe is a direct bolt on if I read everything correctly lol, so no modifying or welding needed.

And the 350z midpipe will prob be too short and an extender will have to added.

Correct, a coupe middy is a direct bolt on. A Z middy will require an ~8" extension.

are you positive your resonator looks like that? I mean the 05-06 resonator is just as wide, just not as long
