Oh and before you ask:

While the stereo seems like it would weigh down the car, I can roll down the windows and play cd's of police sirens so everyone gets out of the way.

The clear sidemarkers and LEDs weigh .03 ounces less than the stock sidemarkers.

The engine cover is smaller and provides better cooling.

The tint lets me travel in the carpool lane when I'm alone, so the cops can't see that there are no passengers. This is much quicker than sitting in traffic.

The ZAINO reduces friction on the paint, creating less drag.

The Sirius provides me with 24 hrs of commercial free traffic and weather updates, helping me to better plan my routes.

And as for the pedals, my reason is the same as coolie's!



What kind of useful information are you looking for? You haven't asked many questions, other than those pertaining to floor mats.

Useful information such as:

- Why you chose the sedan over the coupe (or was it even an issue).
- Are there any advantages of having the sedan over the coupe (besides the extra room)?
- What is tq. difference like between the sedan vs. the coupe?
- How is the suspension in the sedan vs. the coupe?

BTW...I would think the weight in the pedals would negate the weight you lose in the clear corners

My answers:

Chose the Sedan over the Coupe because I already had a Z and the coupe was just too close to it in terms of size/performance. I love the FM and VQ so the Sedan was the logical choice.

I plan on keeping it for a while and will eventually have kids. I can use the G as my "gasp" beater when that time comes, so the kids can spill their drinks and spew all over it. Don't worry, this will probably be about 200-300 years from now.

Advantages - more room yes, room for people and amps and subs... While more people have the sedan than the coupe, there are fewer people who mod the sedan, so it's easier to be unique in terms of mods (the opposite was the case when I had the Z). Lighter weight (no I don't have a sunroof). Can be built into the ultimate sleeper!

Torque, not much difference. I believe the sedan is 260 and the coupe is 270. I may be incorrect though. Not enough to really notice. 6MT coupes and sedans both run low 14s in the quarter.

Sport suspension in the sedan is similar to the coupe, but the springs are different. Again, I'm not certain on this either. I swapped out the suspension for a Z suspension shortly after getting the G, so there's my opinion on that.

Anything else?
