I have a 2006 AT Sedan and when I shift into reverse (mostly mornings and sometimes during the day) the car kinda jumps or jerks pretty hard. Does anyone have this similar problem or know of the solution? Thanks

my car does that, i dont see it as a problem though because there isnt a delay then it slams into gear. it just happens right away.

 

i wish my car could jump... got damn 6mt

 

Is your car idling high?

 

Mine does that too. I just hold the brake a little harder and it doesn't do it.

 

Thanks for the feedback. No the idle is still normal and I tried to hold the brake harder but it didn't work.

 

if its in the morning i would assume the idle is up from trying to warm up the engine/cat. same thing during your "sometimes during the day".

mine does the same thing.
