Chris?

No modifications at all - 100% fitment.

1. Remove 4 plastic clips from aftermarket grill or stock grill
2. Line up UTR titanium plate
3. Re-insert 4 plastic clips
4. Smile

Took me a good 20 minutes in the dark in my apt basement parking lot using an emergency lamp and my fog lights reflecting off the wall to install hehe!

Quoted from the auction description: "Adding the plate helps improve cooling efficiency by allowing more air to flow into the radiator, thus reducing operating temperatures while enhancing your engine bay with a custom look! "

I hope it's not diverting air that's normally directed into the oem intake scoop.

I'll have to open my hood and take a close look. This does give me an idea though

Got mine today. Install was a breeze, took all of 5 minutes. Fitment is very good for the Sedan. It rubs the hood latch ever so slightly when moving it over the left to open the hood, but no biggie, as it is barely rubbing. The titanium look really goes with the blue accents in my engine bay. Will take some pics soon.

Any ideas if there's a CF version that will fit? Obviously can't mod CF, at least not very easily.

You can mod a carbon one just like the way we had to mod the ARC one. Just take it slow and finish with high grit paper or wheels.
