So I just changed the incabin air filter at 37000 miles...
I didn't know that. I will check today. Thanks gr8r!
I just found a replacement filter at this website called Driverwire.com. The particulate filter is 19.99 and the activated charcoal filter is 29.99, which is much cheaper than what Riverside Infinity is offering them for.

Maybe it's just me, but there something wrong with this picture. Leaves and trash of that size shouldn't be getting into your cabin filter unless the plastic intake screens from the outside are broken or there is a huge gap between the filter and the external environment. The largest particle getting into your filter should be the size of a pencil eraser, and even that should be rare. I'd check that before putting a new filter in! Good Luck

You have to remove some of the plastic covers.
Then you'll see it through an opening in the firewall.
& you'll need a torch.

Had to revive this thread... I'm at the same mileage and I guess the previous owner didn't feel the need to ever replace this! I need to get behind the battery today and see how this size debris is making it in. sorry for the crap pic...
