Regular Gas
Re: Regular Gas
oh boy... there are going to be some serious flames to this one. question, though. how and why did you get your nissan-infiniti filled up at a toyota dealership? if you do a search with the keywords "gas" or "octane," you'll get tons of threads talking about what lowering octanes will do to your car. good luck.

Re: Regular Gas
Forget the lame question this troll is posting. I have NEVER come across an individual that is supposedly a DOCTOR and is so ridiculously naive and illiterate.
“Serb –a.k.a. 22 Foot Rim Master Pube”
Serb - you are a retard... it is not possible to fit 22 INCH rims on g35. What a phony baloney profile.
Hobbies - Race
Intake – Yes???? I am still laughing at this ignoramus.

You seem to have "riled up" some of us here with your posts. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, because that's only right and courteous; however, after reviewing your profile and your prior posts, it's time for you to show us some proof if we are to take you seriously in any way.
How about some pics of that G35 with 22'' rims? Did you have to do extensive modification to the wheelwells (at the LEAST) in order to fit them? How much offset do they have, and what size/type tires are you running on this monster?
How about a time slip or two showing your PHENOMENAL 1/4 mile time of 13.5 seconds? You must have trap speeds of 105-106 MPH with that kind of time. You must also be one hell of a driver - but wait, you say it's AWD (that model is called the G35x, by the way) - so it's gotta be an automatic, therefore you as a driver are not so much in the equation. A normally aspirated car with these times on 22'' rims is a BEAST!
Therefore, how did you get an AWD car with massive 22'' tires to launch hard enough to pull a 13.5 second quarter mile? If you were running 17'' rims with decent tires, you should be able to run a 13.0 flat at 108-110 MPH with your exceptional machine, then.
You estimate the power to be 310 Horsepower - fair enough, I'm sure you mean horsepower at the crank, not at the rear wheels - but what special intake and exhaust have you installed that would raise your horsepower by 50 ?? As to whether or not you are a doctor - you could be a doctor of almost anything, not necessarily a medical doctor. I'm betting you have some kind of doctorate in mechanical engineering or rocket science or some such, because to get this kind of HP increase with just an intake (yes??) and exhaust install must mean you invented the exhaust and intake systems yourself - as there are none on the market that even CLAIM such ludicrous power increases. I'm sure Stillen and NISMO both have a high salaried position waiting for an innovator and inventor such as yourself. You are MONEY, man!
Not saying you're not legit - just wondering how your special car has been able to defy the laws of physics, matter, enertia, et.al. and achieve such phenomenal performance with such lightweight mods (not to mention that adding even 20'' rims has caused others to automatically lose 0.3 - 0.5 seconds in the 1/4 mile, yet you somehow have made this work FOR you).
Enlighten us, oh good doctor - we are waiting in uneducated awe!
My (uneducated) opinion - what's yours ??

The following sound file describes the good "doctor" in a nutshell.
