Well at least as they wear, we can stiffen them up a tad.
Yes I got the fronts custom made and I have the entire Koni setup. I'm not sure how much mine are worn cuz I've only put about 1200 miles on my car since last thanksgiving LOL

I have owned the blues and d-specs for a different car. The d-spec are a lot better and no one should base their opinion on the entire brand based on the blues. That's my $0.02.

In all fairness, I haven't read of any complaints for the D-specs here or on the Z forums. Gsedan seems to like them and we all know he's the suspension *****
I have driven in 2 G35's that I helped their owners install D-specs on. Car one had oem coupe springs and the other had unrevised oem Z springs on. Compaired to any other oem G or Z setup I have owned or driven in, both car's with the D-specs on, had a ride and drive quality that was vastly superior. I did look at turn in, brake dive and squat to a degree (not my car) and that was better then oem as well. Of course since I still own Koni's (sitting in my garage) and I am much more versed on how they are performance wise. I have run the Koni's on a shock dyno and I get to pushing things a lot harder on my own car vs a ride and drive in another person's G.

That being said, one would have to need what the Koni's offer vs D-specs to be able to justify the cost difference. Do you need rebound only control and are you counting on any one or more Koni shop service?

One thing that would really help know more about D-specs is a shock dyno. If anyone can send me a set, I can run them and return them.
