ok...the noise from the rear doors are fixed by the dealer. thx to you guys for the help.

now there's a new problem. my central panel (or whatever u call where the CD changer is sitting on, is making EXACTLY THE SAME noise when the car is running over 40mph. it occures sometimes but not always.

ive brought that up to the dealership who fix my rear doors and they didnt notice any noise at all. well, fair enough, coz it doesnt always make noise like that...

do any of you pros have the same problem ? how did you fix it...
