Vdc/slip/ and abs light on????

About a month ago I had a new fly wheel and clutch put in since the clutch went out and previous owner beat the dog crap out of it, the fly wheel was toasted, gun metal blue. New fly wheel and clutch put in. A month later my VDC/SLIP/ and ABS lights are on? Does anyone have any clue to WTF is up with that? I am currently searching, but if anyone has any info that I can use to fix this please feel free to let me know.

did you try popping the battery off and letting it reset? Once in a while I get this after a hard slide or something.

Just a shot in the dark, but check your brake fluid, make sure it is up to the maximum line.
This happened to me (the VDC-OFF light and Slip Light) and my fluid was half way between the max and min. I added less than 2 ounces of fluid and the lights stayed out.

Thank to eveyone with your fast responses I will be stopping in the morning to get some brake fluid and see if that fixes it, hopefully it does. Can not afford anything else at this since the company that I work is making cut backs this week. Since I was one of the last ones hired, I am one of the first ones let go, damn lay offs. So now I get to look for another job, last day is Friday.

Yeah that same thing happened to me.. I went to the dealership and they said it means my brakes are going and then took my car to check and said sure enough my brakes were shot and that theyd go out at any minute and then gave me some huge number to pay.. Well I decided against that B.S. and took it somewhere else sure enough just a loose cap on my brake fluid or whatever my brakes have atleast 70 percent life.. Gotta love a nice scam (Nalley Infiniti of Marietta by the way)

They suggested brake fluid for me, but it turned out my Wheel speed sensor was bad and was still covered so they swapped it out as they had one in stock, may be another thing for them to check.

Keep in mind that if you add fluid, you're going to be well over the full line when it comes to replacing your pads.

Brake fluid is at the max line right now, I did not add any brake fluid at all since it was at the max line. Going to look at the fuse, brake pads, brake fluid cover, then speed sensor. I do have the Pioneer avic in the car with the VSS connected. So now I just wonder. When I start the car no lights, release parking brake, lights come on. Driving me crazy.

yea the same happened to me, i have on 04 g. the dealership told me that it was my break fluid, but that was full. but when i replaced by front breaks, they were wron down, the lights turned off and havent had the problem again. i would check your pads and see if they are worn.

It was the 3rd brake light wires, one of them broke off and was contacting the metal shelf and shorting out the wires for the brake lights and popping the fuses. So I pulled the wires off and now no longer have a working 3rd brake light. That was the entire problem.

Wow, it must have taken a bit of detective work to find that.
Thats great you found the cause of your warning lights coming on.
