Sedan to coupe conversion

i have thought about this after seeing street customs when they turned that S500 Benz from four door to a two door. It had a longer look but only two doors.

looked pretty sick and thought it would look clean on the sedan.
i know it would be hard and easier to buy a coupe but wanted to try something new.
what you guys think?

Why not just buy the coupe? It'll be cheaper.

I think I remember someone doing this a while back. Not sure if they did just the front end conversion or the doors as well.

not even do the front end convert the doors to only two instead of four. like move the pillars back and extend the doors with an insert and get all the glass remade and all that.

You are more than welsome to go and do what you want, but you wanted opinion. personally I think you'd be better off putting the cash into suspension, brakes, exhaust, clutch, tyres, and FI.

i really think you should go for it and be original. if you have the time and money, why not? I think we might have a new project going on = )

i just thought about if i just molded the rear door shut then it would look like a two door and still get the effect i was going for and would be much easier. would look sick tho.
