Does anybody know what color I would want to get to touch up the black pillars on the doors (the black areas between the front and rear side windows)? It does not seem to be as glossy or dark as the OB paint on the rest of the car.

 

I can't imagine that touch up paint would look good on there. But for your question, I have no idea. Your best bet would be to have a auto paint shop match it and make you some touch up paint.

 

Hmm, I wonder if it would just make more sense to have those repainted... I wonder how much that would cost? Seems like it shouldn't be an terribly expensive job.

If they are so bad that they need touch-up, I suggest painting... those panels aren’t going to touch up and blend well.

In response to a previous post, I don't have any pics. The scratches are not terrible but are enough that they bug me. The main thing that concerns me is that the edge of it is missing paint down to the metal. Prior owner must've had some serious rings on his (her??) hand or something.
