What can I do to stop the squeaking noise from the door panels ?
my rear door panels are making squeaking noises (not from the regulator bolt because it was replaced by the dealer per TBS). I am pretty sure it's from the panel it self because it makes the noise when i apply pressure on it (with my thumb/palm).
I brought up the problem to the dealer and they said there is nothing they can do coz it's not under warranty.
what would you pros sugguest to stop such squeaking noise?

try to isolate it to small area. remove the panel and check the area you think its coming from. might be something obvious that the tech goofed on during the regulator bolt replacement. if nothing is found, get silly with some felt tape and/or foam blocks...
I purchased sheets of adhesive felt pads at Michaels, also available at Walmart, for about a buck each. Removed the door panels and went to town. Everything and anything that moves or makes a sound when I applied pressure to I covered with the felt. Pay attention to plastic on metal contacts, which will cause a "buzz" sound. Also wrap lose cables and wirings since those have the tendency to move around and cause noises.
