You're right they're not terribly bad but I'm just being **** I guess. I love the comfort right now. I know some of that will be sacrificed when lowering it and it being my daily I dont wanna go crazy either. Just wanna know what's best option to get rid of the gap but lowering isn't an exact necessity just curious and bouncing ideas around. Don't want coilo ers as it's my daily, well right now anyways, just got the car a few months back so just gathering info but thanks again. What's ur ride like on coils? Also what's with the cv joints? Is there no way around that when lowering?

BC Br coilovers. Great ride and comfort. Recommended over stock.

Wow really? That's gd to hear. Maybe I will go coilovers after all. I'll only have it lowered for the summer anyway. Comfort is really important as I have lower back issues. Thx

If you want to lower your vehicle you will ultimately progress to coilovers IMO (or bagged, i guess lol). My car is also my daily (wish it wasn't) and i have it at a nice height (not slammed). I am a function guy before form. To be honest, i felt like the stock ride on the X was not so great. I actually thing the bc coilovers are a notch above. Its not like your floating on air or anything, but i feel it is better. As far as your cv joints/boots go, lowering the suspension adds extra stress causing suspension parts to wear faster or rip in the case of the cv boots.

On the second picture, it looks like your nismo lip is mounted too low?

Any aftermarket 350z springs will work fine right? I dont want to buy some that wont be compatible as of now I looked into ksports for 350z and tein for 350z will any of this fit?. To the second part of your comment, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Yes if it fits the Z it fits the G and vice versa. The second part can be good or bad depending on what you want. If you want it as low as possible, then it would be a good thing, but if you only want a mild drop it could mean that the springs you buy would lower it more than you want, which would be a bad thing.

Coilovers, wheels with ridiculously low offsets, Camber arms that allow you to get more negative camber, and a fender roller. Might be good to also have someone who knows how to do the work if you don't. Just look at threads with such cars in em, and if they don't list it ask them what their wheels specs are and how much camber they're running, and that should give you an Idea of what you need.

There are several aftermarket "tunes" for the G35, however, they really don't help much without some mods like intake, headers, cams, etc.

What are the specs on the rims?
