Trunk lip spoiler
Does anybody know anything about this spoiler? The description makes me nervous, 'cuz it lists that it fits 02-08 cars. ![Dunno](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/dunno.gif)

I am making this my next mod, and bought an M3 style one from a friend for $10. However, it's basically just a piece of black rubber cut in the shape of the spoiler, and the cheapest quote I've gotten to paint it was $140. I don't want to cheap out and do it myself, and I want whatever I go with to look like it is OEM in terms of quality and fit.
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

That looks like the one I'm using from the same seller I believe. It's good quality and color matches perfectly. The only thing is that it doesn't quite go all the way to the edges of the trunk lid (look closely in the 3rd pic they have). I think they will make it a bit wider for you if you want (needs about 1/2 ").

I think 45" should be the right width. The trunk from seam to seam is approx. 45 1/4" and leaving 1/8" from each side comes up to 45". Now, I contacted another ebay seller selling the same type of trunk lip spoiler and he gave me a dimension of 1240mm, that's is equivalent to 48.82 inches, way longer than what I measured. I'd suggest you confrim the width with the seller prior to ordering. And please post the given demension since we have two differnet sellers on ebay.

Seems like a good seller to me. I would love to hear how the product is quality wise when you get it, Pls post pictures and let us know whats the specific lenght you get.
And im just throwing 2 cents out there but i kind of like it when the lip spoiler doesnt reach to the end of the trunk. Like darnelled's car.

The seller got back to me again stating 1240mm was the incorrect width and it should be 1155mm. So I guess the range is anywhere from 1155mm to 1185mm. I think both sellers used the same manufacter in Asia.
I am just going to order one hoping it is as good as Janik's.
