its a nice concept but its not going to be a threat to the G. Sure it will be faster, but will probably be double the cost of a new G if they produce it.

It's a concept car. I wouldn't be too worried about it. And if it does come out, like Radioguy said, at least double the cost. It's like the IS-F to the IS.

the G is an entry level infiniti.....essentially the M and the Q are better.... but why does being better have to be a threat? LOL @ this thread.

 

I hope they do release this. I would take off the oversized emblem though.

For all who don't know... This car is nowhere in the ballpark where our G rides stand... I've been eyeing this for months and trust me... It's a whole different category... Lets just say it's around 600hp (motor/electric) and over $150 grand....


I'd say competition is: Maserati,SL's, M6's or others in that category...

 

given that some people on this forum probably spend that kind of dough on modding their cars, $150k sounds pretty reasonable....

 

 

I think it's a beautiful car, I'm just interested to see just how much of it actually goes into production. I'm sure the wheels will be smaller ... they always are. And I'd guess the engine will realistically be putting out 450 - 500hp when it all said and done. But still, it's a work of art (minus the huge Infiniti badge).

 

600hp... 3.7L tt w/ a hybrid electric motor and gets better gas mileage than our G's right now
