Serious electrical problem help needed

I have a 03 G35 sedan. This afternoon I was driving and ran over some dubris on the road and then my dashboard/instrument panel light went out. At first I thought it was blown fuse and checked all my fuses. Every single one of them is working properly. Then I turn on my headlight and see if anything would change, my center console light (compass panel/CD/AC) all went out. Then I turned off my headlight and they come back on. Has this ever happen to anyone here before and is there a solution to it?

Thank you very much!

my understanding is there is also a fuse box behind the battery under the hood.

did you check that out as well?
