Maybe check the factory service manual? Other than that I don't know.

How come your tryng to make an intake when our stock airtakes take excellent amount of airflow, theres no aftermarket intakes that increases airflow/hp, add a z-tube, not to waste any time.

C'mon now, maybe hundredolabil is having tough times in this economy and is more like twentydolabil! As mentioned before just look for a used Z tube and you will be more than set. I picked mine up for free from a local 350z owner.

Am i in the civic forum? Seriously dude, why waste your time with a homemade intake for a vq? It will proly mess with MAF and end up messing up the AFR. Get a Z-tube or just keep the stock box.

As cost of owning a G35 drops, more and more people without a whole lot of expendible income are buying them.

That's why you see a lot of threads on homemade stuff, spraypainted wheels, stealing rims and clear-corners and etc.

I'd like to say take some pride in your mods and install nice quality stuff, but not everyone can go out and toss $500 of mods on a credit card (and can actually afford to pay the cc bill) like some others here.

So very true. I am not one of those people either and i make minimum wage but, when i want to buy something for my car, i research that part, then find a place with a good reputation and price that sell it then work my butt off and save money then buy it. Not halfass it and make some **** at home. I actually saw a G sedan for $9995. Im not rich at all, neither is my mom, but even i think thats sad that these cars are so cheap these days.
