tail light upgrade

Here are the tails with the signals off. They look pretty much stock, but the turn signal portion is slightly more pink than the US spec afterburner tails.

this is true... i do have them, as does Alex.
i also run bumped amber side markers and have done the front blinker mod for the full jdm effect...

Be very careful when getting tail lamps from places like ebay. They should say Koito Japan Nissan on them. Koito is the supplier of the tail lamps for nissan, both JDM and USDM.
+1 on the JDM Tails. I have the 03-04 version. While I like the 05-06 JDM Tails, I chose these because my car is an 04.

Look closer...the one with amber is an 03-04 style taillight with the horizontal bars.

Sorry, didn't know you were referring to that pic.
I think they all are amber. If you look from the side it looks "pink" because of the surrounding red plastic, but I beleive they all would look amber from the rear simply because you can't display amber light through a red/pink lens. It would need to be clear or amber in color in order to display the amber turn signal correctly. Surround that with red plastic of the housing and depending on the lighting and angle of the photo, it could display different colors.
