Where is the outside temperature gauage sensor?

lol yeah lowest ive ever seen is -16. Last winter was brutally cold. Temp guage sure reports best in the cold!! Here's a pic i snapped of -10.

Left my black/black car out in the sun the other day and (114 degrees) and when I first started it up it said it was 141 outside. LOL That would suck.
