I don't usually change my oil, but maybe the hole that is already there can be enlarged.

I bought a set of drive on ramps, much easier than jacking it up every time.

Part of the front lip go damaged by parking too close to a high curb. So I cut off that part.

Does your bumper clear the ramps? I have to use wood each time I use ramps and it becomes more of a hassle than just jacking up the car.

lol, so how do you take it off each time you change your oil? Do you just cut the zip ties and put on new ones?

I'd be dragging that thing around everywhere I went.
leave it out in the sun, for couple hours, it should form back to shape..

the alternator is pretty far down there no?

Id be affraid that water would one day fry the alt

that and the cover helps keep dirty from coming up

It only takes 3-5 min to take all the bolts off, so its worth it to me

Yeah, I got the plastic ones from Walmart. I'm even lowered 1" and they still fit fine.

I just use a drill with a 10mm nutdriver attachment. 1 minute to remove and install.

it is a lot of bolts, but with an impact wrench its pretty quick - a lift makes it even easier... after market bumpers can be a little tricky though - at least mine is (the front row).

the only benefit to leaving it off is ease of access and to help dissipate heat - the access issue is just a few minutes saved though and the cooling benefit isn’t much... imo its not worth the dirt & grime and chance of road debris flying up into engine area so I leave mine on.

that ARC under body gaurd looks like a joke, seems like it would scrape on everything. I'm definately looking to replace mine at some point, the previous owner didn't treat it too well. Does anyone here do any work with Carbon/Kevlar weaves?

IMO that piece is not worth paying for Kevlar...

I just want a nice aluminum one. Don't care about the show aspects, just something that is light and will keep its shape.
