If the OE shield still attaches to it like it does to the stock bumper, yes.

When I did my oil change, the thing was not that annoying :P, I have a hand held drill that takes them out easy, I just useed an adapter to be able to use the 10MM attachment(totally for got the name here lol) But not too annoying

My first oil change was a pain in the azz because the person who did the previous oil change was actually a gorilla and put the filter on soooooo tight it was difficult to get off even after removing the cover. It's not necessary to put the filter on beyond hand tight. Now I can do my oil changes in 15-minutes without taking off the cover. And no I don't have oil leaks around my filter.

Oooh. Good looking undercover. Great option.

Weren't there some stock brackets that held the underpanel on? I tossed mine at some point.

Hey guys, I had a chance to look at a 2008 G sedan today. Looks like it won't use the same shield as the 350 but on a better note looks like it is the same as the 370Z shield I have in development

If anyone has their front shield off or can get a good pic from under the car on their sedan (any year but 08) post up or send me some pics. Trying to figure which years they changed the design. For your trouble I will offer a discount to you if you decide to purchase.

Everything the shield attaches to is part of the car. The brackets you are referring to are part of the OE shield.
