Apparently the two parties knew each other. The G sedan made a quick stop at the stop light and an old Jeep looking vehicle (much bigger than a Jeep) with front bumper guards skidded right into the back of it. I saw this from my work window. The G had major damage to the trunk and rear bumper but the car looked like it otherwise kept it's structural integrity. The guy didn't look pissed at all. He had a golf bag and some tennis rackets in the trunk. He took it well. They were all cordial with each other. I would have been pissed.

I know how he feels...I got rear ended by a flat bed tow truck last December and I didnt have any damage to my trunk or tail lights, but my rear bumper was toast..along with the crash plates underneath the bumper.
