Use VHT Nightshades. I did on my OEM marker lights:


The way I got it glossy was to do a wetsand/headlight restore kit, but many people wetsand and then clear coat. I just had the headlight kit handy
The nice thing about niteshades is that you can choose how dark you want to go. Just two coats makes a really nice look without being overly dark.
