Greddy diversion panel

Hey guys do you think the greddy diversion panel will fit our cars with some modding?
This is for a coupe btw

Pretty sure you could get it to fit with some modification. The UTR one made for the coupe fits without modification (I'm running one, picked it up on eBay). You can also run an ARC one with minor modifications.

I think the Greddy one may fit without mods. My ARC one only took minor trimming (thanks Chris for the help).

I may be wrong, but the air from the hood latch hole goes straight into the intake snorkel. You might be limiting the air going into the snorkel by installing a diversion plate. If you have an aftermarket intake that doesn't use the snorkel then I guess it can't hurt.

I have dual intakes to my turbos right behind my grille so this helps.

Precisely... having air source in that area allows for something like this... if we had a Z type intake - or some other better located air source, the panel would be beneficial by directing airflow to the radiator... but using the OEM duct (which imo is the best option for NA DE), the panel stifles airflow to the intake.

Even those that use a cone filter without the snorkel are blocking off cold air entering from the grille... but I think many people that use it aren’t too concerned about minor or even moderate performance tweaks, so for them I guess its good for looks

Oh well

My plan/goal is to make a scoop behind the grille and direct more fresh/cold air into the snorkel. Hopefully making more pressure at speed and forcing more air into the intake. I have limited fabrication skills (non existent), but want to try to do this. It might be a minor amount of hp (if any), but would be similar to the scoop some put on the z front bumper, but not visible. I will try to find something that is in a close shape/size to what I want (maybe even a dust pan) and cut it down as opposed to making from scratch.
