Yea totally, I was in the center lane so I couldn't move.

I am not really feeling that bumper, kinda reminds me of a Q45.

Insurance sucks a**. I used metlife insurance, when i got into an accident, it was 3 days before my senior prom with my g. Couldn't ride into prom with style so that sucks. I thought the most it would take them to fix it was like..2 weeks? Took almost 2 months, and me and the person who hit me(i was at fault effing retarded) reported a claim the next day, and it took 2 months. awesome.

Maybe FL is different, but your insurance company would pay for the car to be fixed and then they would go after the other guys insurance company to be reimbursed.

At least that's how MA works. When i had a car hit, i brought it to the best shop in the area. The adjuster comes out and cuts a check right there that day and they start work. If more damage is found, the adjuster is called back out and a suppliment is issued. I got my car back in 3-4 weeks and they did an outstanding job. Then they go after the other guys insurance compant since it's his fault.

Maybe FL is different...i would think you would know if your father is an attorney in any case

No its the same, but my dad does not want to get my insurance company involved for what ever reason.

any how, does any one know if Infiniti can give a free estimate on how much it will cost to repair?

wow, that's incredibly stupid imho. why wouldn't you want to get the ins involved? the other guy clearly isn't driving a 7 series, he's not gonna whip out a checkbook... infiniti doesn't do bodywork, if you want a free estimate though most reputable bodyshops will give you one, but it REALLY won't be accurate, as you've already seen there's always more damage waiting.
