the big 3..is a set of wires running to different parts in your engine compartment to get a higher voltage so you can run more power

It's been done, and the space under the hood is not that restricting... there just aren't too many write ups on here.

1) Alternator Positive to Battery Positive (optional fuse)

2) Battery Negative to Chassis

3) Chassis to Engine Block

Chysler, not dodge.

I was thinking more along the line of "Bird, Parrish and McHale"

not hard to do at all

have I done it to my car, no

the only wire I will probably upgrade is the battery to chassis

you are NOT supposda replace the facotry wires that are in place

instead you are to lay new wire over the existing

how is 3 subs usless????

What else have you heard it been called as? I've only heard of it as the big 3 (when talking car audio/electronics)

I've just heard it refered to as what is actually being done...ie replacing or upgrading the power wires with larger wires....or installing supplimental grounding. I've never heard an actual term for it used.

Most of us wouldn’t know what the hell "big 3" is referring to... but who cares - get to the point of the thread... the majority of the posts are regarding the term and not the subject
