Slight grinding noise from rear when coming to a stop on 03 g - sedan

There is a slight grinding noise coming from the rear when I'm about to come to a complete stop. I think it may be a bearing that is going bad but I could be wrong. Any ideas on what this may be?

sounds like the brake wear indicator is doing its job... get the pads replaced ASAP.
