Can anyone give me any quick tips on how to remove the side pillars on my 03 sedan? i dont want to ruin any clips or the plastic it's self, thanks

There's a bolt behind the SRS covers. Pry cover off, remove bolt, then pull pillars. See here for some info on removing the headliner. One step deals with the side pillars:
